A parachutist in Queensland, Australia, survived by cutting the chute free at 15,000 feet when a reserve parachute accidentally deployed, according to a government report.

Video captured from a car behind the Toyota shows the plane's rapid descent toward a busy roadway. Remarkably, the aircraft lands perfectly on top of the vehicle, then bounces twice before sliding onto the pavement and skidding to a stop in a cloud of sparks.
